Cooking Instructions

PREPARE FROM FROZEN.

Remove tray from box. Do NOT lift or pierce film.

WARNING:

  1. Do NOT use in toaster oven. 
  2. Do NOT place close to oven heat element. 
  3. Do NOT exceed 400°F (205°C).

MICROWAVE (1000 WATTS):

  1. Place tray on microwave-safe plate and position in centre of microwave.
  2. Heat on high 3 minutes.
  3. Pull back film, stir contents of tray taking care not to mix rice and sauce together; re-cover with film.
  4. Heat on high 2 to 2 1/2 more minutes.
  5. Let stand in microwave for 2 minutes.
    CAUTION: Tray will be hot. Support when removing from microwave.
  6. Remove film, stir contents gently and serve.

OVEN:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). 
  2. Place on baking sheet and position in centre of oven. 
  3. Cook 40 minutes. 
  4. Remove from oven.
    CAUTION: Tray will be hot. Support when removing from oven.
  5. Let stand 2 minutes. Remove film, stir contents gently and serve.

NOTE:

Cook until minimum internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) is reached. Since appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only.
