Cooking Instructions
PREPARE FROM FROZEN.
WARNING:
- Do NOT use in toaster oven.
- Do NOT place close to oven heat element.
- Do NOT exceed 400°F (205°C).
MICROWAVE (1000 WATTS):
- Place tray on microwave-safe plate and position in centre of microwave.
- Heat on high 3 minutes.
- Pull back film, stir contents of tray taking care not to mix rice and sauce together; re-cover with film.
- Heat on high 2 to 2 1/2 more minutes.
- Let stand in microwave for 2 minutes.
CAUTION: Tray will be hot. Support when removing from microwave. - Remove film, stir contents gently and serve.
OVEN:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place on baking sheet and position in centre of oven.
- Cook 40 minutes.
- Remove from oven.
