DEFROSTING:
FRY PAN : (for best results)
- Open bag and transfer contents to a non-stick fry pan.
- Cook on high 6 to 7 minutes, stirring frequently.
MICROWAVE (1000 WATTS):
- Puncture top and bottom of bag 2 to 3 times with fork to vent.
- Place punctured bag in microwave-safe bowl.
- Heat on high 10 minutes.
- Let stand 2 minutes.
- Open one corner of bag and carefully transfer hot contents to serving bowl or plates.
