Cooking Instructions
PREPARE FROM FROZEN.
FRY PAN:
- Preheat non-stick fry pan to medium-high.
- Lightly grease pan. Add chicken.
- Fry 6 to 7 minutes, stirring frequently until chicken is thoroughly heated.
- Add vegetables. Heat 6 to 7 minutes.
- In last few minutes of heating, add sauce and mix thoroughly.
- Serve over bed of rice or noodles.
