THAW BEFORE SERVING.:
- Defrost entire fan, in package, overnight in refrigerator.
- Remove dome and plastic skin wrap.
- Drain and pat dry.
- Remove plastic film from sauce cup and stir.
- Serve immediately with cocktail sauce.
