Cooking Instructions

PREPARE FROM FROZEN.

Remove tray from box.

WARNING:

  1. Do NOT use in toaster oven. 
  2. Do NOT place close to oven heat element. 
  3. Do NOT exceed 400°F (205°C)

MICROWAVE (1000 WATTS): (for best results)

  1. Heat on high 2 1/2 minutes. 
  2. Pull back film, stir contents of tray; re-cover with film. 
  3. Heat on high 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 more minutes. 
  4. Let stand in microwave 2 minutes.
    CAUTION: Tray will be hot. Support when removing from microwave. 
  5. Remove film, stir contents gently and serve. 
  6. For 2 trays, heat on high 9 to 10 minutes. Stir once.

OVEN:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). 
  2. Place on baking sheet and position in centre of oven. 
  3. Cook 30 minutes. 
  4. Pull back film, stir contents of tray; re-cover with film. 
  5. Cook 10 more minutes. Remove from oven.
    CAUTION: Tray will be hot. Support when removing from oven. 
  6. Let stand 2 minutes. Remove film, stir contents gently and serve.

NOTE:

Cook until minimum internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) is reached. Since appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only.
