PREPARE FROM THAWED.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

DEFROSTING:

  1. Defrost turkey breast in refrigerator for 24 hours until fully thawed. Alternatively, thaw in cold water for 2 hours.
  2. Remove packaging. Breast and tender pieces may separate. Simply stack the pieces back together before cooking.

OVEN:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). 
  2. Place turkey breast on baking tray. 
  3. Cook in centre of oven 50 to 55 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking time. 
  4. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

BARBECUE:

  1. Preheat barbecue on medium-high. Brush grill with vegetable oil. 
  2. Turn heat to low. 
  3. Place turkey breast on grill over indirect or very low heat. 
  4. Cook with lid closed 50 to 60 minutes, or until done. Turn turkey breast every 15 minutes. 
  5. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

PREPARE FROM FROZEN.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

OVEN:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). 
  2. Place turkey breast with pouch on baking tray and cut 2 small slits on top of pouch. 
  3. Cook in centre of oven 1 hour 15 minutes. 
  4. Let stand 5 to 10 before serving.

NOTE:

Cook until minimum internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) is reached. Since appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only.
