Cooking Instructions
PREPARE FROM FROZEN.
WARNING:
- Do not use in toaster oven.
- Do not place close to oven heat element.
- Do not exceed 400 °F (205°C).
MICROWAVE (1000 WATTS):
- Heat on high 2 1/2 minutes.
- Pull back film, stir contents of bowl, then re-cover with film.
- Continue heating on high 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 minutes.
- Let stand in microwave 2 minutes.
CAUTION: Bowl will be hot. Support when removing from microwave. - Remove film, stir contents gently and serve.
OVEN:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place on baking sheet and position in centre of oven.
- Cook 30 minutes.
- Pull back film, stir contents of bowl, then re-cover with film.
- Cook 10 minutes. Remove from oven.
CAUTION: Bowl will be hot. Support when removing from oven. - Let stand 2 minutes. Remove film, stir contents gently and serve.
