Cooking Instructions

PREPARE FROM FROZEN.

BARBECUE:

  1. Preheat BBQ to medium-high heat. 
  2. Spread pork belly pieces in single layer in a foil tray, and place in the centre of barbecue grill. 
  3. Barbecue 20 to 25 minutes, turning pieces as needed. 
  4. Open barbecue sauce pouch and thoroughly coat pork belly pieces with sauce. 
  5. Barbecue sauced pork belly pieces to desired crispiness and burnt level. For a more burnt product, place sauced pieces directly on the grill for 5 minutes. Keep a close eye as barbecue sauce will burn.

AIR FRYER:

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190 °C). 
  2. Arrange pork belly pieces in air fryer. 
  3. Heat 8 to 10 minutes, turning pieces as needed. 
  4. Open barbecue sauce pouch. In a bowl, combine sauce and pork belly pieces to thoroughly coat pieces in sauce.
  5. Return sauced pork belly pieces to air fryer and heat 4 to 6 minutes or to desired crispiness and burnt level. Keep a close eye as barbecue sauce will burn.

OVEN:

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). 
  2. Spread pork belly pieces in single layer on foil-lined baking sheet and position in centre of oven. 
  3. Heat 20 to 25 minutes. Turn once. 
  4. Open barbecue sauce pouch and thoroughly coat pork belly pieces with sauce. 
  5. Set oven to broil. 
  6. Broil sauced pork belly pieces 5 minutes or to desired crispiness and burnt level. Keep a close eye as barbecue sauce will burn.

NOTE:

Ensure product is thoroughly heated to a minimum internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) before serving. Since appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only.
