Cooking Instructions
PREPARE FROM FROZEN.
AIR FRYER:
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190 °C).
- Arrange pork belly pieces in air fryer.
- Heat 8 to 10 minutes, turning pieces as needed.
- Open barbecue sauce pouch. In a bowl, combine sauce and pork belly pieces to thoroughly coat pieces in sauce.
- Return sauced pork belly pieces to air fryer and heat 4 to 6 minutes or to desired crispiness and burnt level. Keep a close eye as barbecue sauce will burn.
OVEN:
- Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Spread pork belly pieces in single layer on foil-lined baking sheet and position in centre of oven.
- Heat 20 to 25 minutes. Turn once.
- Open barbecue sauce pouch and thoroughly coat pork belly pieces with sauce.
- Set oven to broil.
- Broil sauced pork belly pieces 5 minutes or to desired crispiness and burnt level. Keep a close eye as barbecue sauce will burn.
